Senior AI Consultant, Microsoft AI, Copilot

• Design and implement automations with Power Automate
• Develop productive Copilot use cases and internal assistants with Copilot Studio
• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 components
• Develop knowledge management solutions, email triage, and workflow automation
• Establish AI governance within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Document and standardize solutions
• Conduct deep dives and guide customers through their requirements
• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on AI Scout meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Coordinate schedules with customers and design practical, hands-on events
• Expand the Academy with new courses and videos
• Translate technical content into clear, accessible language, including for executives
• Collaborate with a small team and work directly with executive management

• Extensive senior-level experience with independently delivered AI and automation projects
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Strong communication skills
• Confident presence with customers, in workshops, and before executives
• Strong understanding of technical processes
• Structured, self-directed approach to work
• Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 days per month for customer meetings and workshops
• Open to feedback
