UEM Engineer, Ivanti MDM Administrator

• Administer and maintain the Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile console daily
• Manage device enrollment and full lifecycle through Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Samsung Knox portals
• Create, test, and deploy security compliance rules, configuration profiles, and user groups
• Package, deploy, and continuously update public and internal line-of-business mobile applications
• Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex mobile incidents and perform advanced log analysis
• Provide high-touch White Glove support for executive/VIP users
• Maintain integrations across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI, SAML, and SSO authentication flows
• Monitor iOS and Android ecosystem updates for Day-Zero readiness and compliance
• Document technical processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for L1 support teams
• Support onboarding and offboarding workflows for corporate mobile endpoints
• Collaborate with global IT infrastructure teams to ensure device provisioning, security compliance, and endpoint performance

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience administering MDM/UEM solutions, with strong focus on Ivanti / MobileIron; deep experience in Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf will also be considered
• 3 to 5 years of overall IT experience within Infrastructure or Digital Workplace environments
• Strong knowledge of iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise and enrollment architectures (BYOD, COPE, COBO)
• Hands-on proficiency with Apple Business Manager, Android Zero-Touch, and Samsung Knox
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, SSO, and PKI/Certificates
• Familiarity with Ivanti Sentry/Access and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, including ITIL processes
• Excellent analytical, root-cause investigation, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong user empathy and communication skills
• Fluency in English
