Lead Salesforce Architect – Automotive

• Lead architecture and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Field Service, and the Salesforce Platform
• Define architecture standards, governance models, and Salesforce best practices
• Advise clients on platform strategy, API architecture, integrations, data architecture, and roadmap planning
• Drive adoption of Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, and intelligent automation capabilities
• Lead architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and platform optimization
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams on large-scale transformation programs
• Ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders for global automotive clients

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Architect, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture
• Deep understanding of automotive business processes, including dealer networks, vehicle sales, order management, aftersales, service operations, and customer experience
• Strong expertise in API-led architecture, integration patterns, middleware platforms, and integrating Salesforce with ERP, DMS, OMS, eCommerce, CRM, and CPQ systems
• Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI-driven solutions, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and architecture governance skills
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent Salesforce certifications preferred
• Experience working on automotive programs and global rollouts preferred
• Experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives preferred
• Identity verification through inspection of an ID card
