Senior Business Analyst

• Bridge business needs and technical implementation for core DomOs applications and services
• Work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product Designers, and Software Engineers
• Understand and validate business and technical requirements against existing system functionality across international use cases
• Master DomOs application architecture, services, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Create and maintain domain models, solution models, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and event models
• Lead hand-off sessions to guide development teams through technical specifications
• Provide functional guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product Designers to support a superior user experience
• Perform acceptance testing on completed features
• Troubleshoot data, application, and service issues using log files
• Analyze store configurations and data, including pricing, coupons, addresses, and reports
• Collaborate on system migration tools and approaches

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or Computer/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of applicable IT experience working on large-scale application initiatives
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and converse technically with engineers
• Working knowledge of RESTful API concepts
• Strong hands-on experience working with JSON files
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose application issues independently by reviewing log files
• Working knowledge of database concepts and operating systems
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language
• Experience working alongside web-based application development teams
• Nice to have: programming experience in C#
• Nice to have: familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman
• Nice to have: technical knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Nice to have: experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
