Junior Controller – High-Volume Litigation

• Monitor court publications through Legal One
• Enter publication records into the system
• Create and organize case folders
• Ensure that case information is up to date and internal workflows are followed
• Support the team with day-to-day legal operations for high-volume litigation

• Previous experience in Legal Operations or Legal Administration, preferably in high-volume litigation
• Knowledge of monitoring court publications
• Experience with legal case management systems
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree
