Sales Representative – Career Changer

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers
• Advise customers by phone and in writing on comparing loan offers
• Support customers from initial contact through contract signing
• Assist customers throughout all stages of the loan application and closing process
• Conduct needs assessments and arrange suitable loan offers
• Help customers achieve their financing goals without cold calling
• Use partners’ modern communication tools and digital closing solutions

• Initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail sales
• Excellent communication skills and an open, professional telephone manner
• High level of reliability and a committed approach to work
• Motivation and willingness to pursue professional development
• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification preferred
• Very good German language skills are implicitly required for telephone and written customer support
