Order Management Associate – Custom Apparel

• Process all assigned orders promptly
• Navigate logistical challenges for each order to find optimal solutions
• Coordinate order timelines with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators
• Work on projects/campaigns as required
• Coordinate logistics campaigns involving overseas and domestic vendors
• Reduce costs and increase profit margins for orders
• Expedite order delivery when possible

• 2-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work on complex tasks under tight timelines
• Able to make decisions without direct supervision
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work either 10 AM - 7 PM EST or 2 PM - 11 PM EST; exact shift timings assigned upon hire
