Creator Manager

• Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals
• Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers
• Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns
• Negotiate deals with brands and record labels
• Develop content strategies for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster
• Help creators grow their audience and monetize their content using in-house software and expertise
• Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment

• Very familiar with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda
• Willingness to hustle to get the job done
• Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a bonus
