Microsoft Dynamics BC Techno Functional Engineer

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents
• Configure standard Business Central functionalities, including General Ledger, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
• Design, develop, and deploy custom extensions and modifications using AL and Visual Studio Code
• Create and modify standard and custom reports using RDLC and Word layouts
• Develop and maintain integrations between Business Central and third-party systems such as CRM, e-commerce, banking, and payroll using APIs, OData, and web services
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Manage data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading from legacy systems
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for new processes and customizations
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and functional consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Stay current with Business Central updates, features, best practices, and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

• Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant or Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
• Strong proficiency in AL language development for Business Central extensions
• Deep functional knowledge of core Business Central modules, including Financial Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including RapidStart and Configuration Packages
• Proficiency integrating Business Central with external systems using REST APIs, OData, and SOAP web services
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and its integration with Business Central
• Experience with PowerShell for automation
• Ability to work within CET ± 3 hours
