Field Service Representative

• Provide on-site service at customer sites across the assigned region
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments
• Install instruments and provide training across all product lines
• Manage inventory
• Plan service trips
• Complete administrative tasks related to service functions
• Travel up to 90%, including overnight
• Report to the Southern Region Service Manager in Houston, TX

• 2 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments
• Ability to work independently
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools
• Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and passport
• Not eligible for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship
