Senior Content Engineer, Labs

• Test and maintain machines, labs, and challenges
• Assist in developing new content
• Research and adopt new AI technologies for cybersecurity projects
• Collaborate daily with the Content Development team, Infrastructure team, and other stakeholders
• Create documentation for new content, including writeups and walkthroughs
• Research current vulnerabilities, exploits, tools, tactics, and procedures relevant to the target audience
• Contribute to the testing, development, review, and ongoing maintenance of Hack The Box Labs and CTF offerings
• Work with a global team to create high-quality cybersecurity content
• Report to the Head of Offensive Content, Labs

• Experience in Penetration Testing
• Strong grasp of scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, and Bash
• Understanding of process documentation
• Knowledge in AI technologies
• Excellent knowledge of English language (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated, with a passion for information security
