Junior Business Analyst – AI & Technology

• Communicate professionally with clients via video calls and messaging platforms
• Support senior team members in capturing and documenting client requirements
• Assist with follow-up communications and keep clients informed of progress
• Build positive client relationships through clear, responsive, and professional communication
• Support testing and refinement of prompts for AI tools
• Review and quality-check AI-generated outputs for accuracy and usefulness
• Help document repeatable AI workflows and processes
• Assist in rolling out AI solutions within client businesses under supervision
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Help map business processes with guidance from senior colleagues
• Support data collection and basic reporting tasks
• Create clear, structured documentation covering requirements, process notes, and workflow summaries
• Maintain accurate records to support team operations and client delivery
• Work alongside experienced colleagues to support delivery of AI-powered solutions for clients
