Account Manager – Online Marketing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Conduct regular client meetings
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines in ClickUp
• Act as the liaison between clients and the internal team
• Proactively manage projects and processes
• Support marketing, funnel, and copywriting initiatives
• Apply technical understanding and independently coordinate resources
• Optimize internal processes and workflows

• Excellent communication skills: communicate clearly and with a strong client focus to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Experience in project management and online marketing
• Ideally, experience with tools such as ClickUp and Slack
• Initial experience with online marketing and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager is preferred
• Independent, structured approach to work
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to developing independent solutions
