IT Innovation and Transformation Specialist

• Identify and implement technologies that improve productivity, efficiency, and user experience
• Evaluate and adopt AI solutions and emerging technologies
• Develop proofs of concept and automate manual processes using modern tools and cloud services
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions
• Design, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Graph
• Manage Entra ID/Okta, Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, tenant governance, and identity lifecycle processes
• Integrate SaaS applications with enterprise identity and access management platforms
• Optimize licensing, cloud consumption, and service configurations
• Design and maintain endpoint management solutions for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android using Intune and complementary technologies
• Manage device provisioning, application deployment, configuration, compliance, security baselines, and remediation
• Improve endpoint lifecycle management, standardization, and user experience through automation
• Partner with the Cybersecurity team to align IT initiatives with security strategy, policies, and risk management requirements
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, and SaaS platforms
• Support Security Tools, Zero Trust, Conditional Access, least privilege, vulnerability management, and secure secrets handling
• Collaborate on security assessments, remediation initiatives, incident response readiness, and governance improvements
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Bash/shell scripting, and Azure automation
• Integrate enterprise platforms and services through APIs and modern authentication mechanisms
• Reduce manual IT operations through reliable, reusable, and secure automation
• Apply engineering best practices, including logging, error handling, testing, documentation, and maintainability
• Contribute to IT strategy, technology roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous service improvement
• Assess solutions based on security, scalability, operational complexity, cost, and business value
• Work closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned technology initiatives
• Share technical knowledge and promote standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Extensive professional experience in enterprise IT
• Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and related Microsoft technologies
• Strong understanding of identity security, Zero Trust, endpoint protection, access governance, and enterprise security controls
• Proven experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, scripting, and automation
• Experience managing Windows and macOS environments
• Working knowledge of Linux and mobile platforms
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Purview, SaaS governance, and cloud operations
• Ability to independently design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise technology solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Advanced technical proficiency, independent problem-solving, and ownership of solutions from design through implementation and optimization
