Senior Systems Analyst, Delphi

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend systems, with a focus on backend development
• Participate in and support the analysis and specification of new implementations
• Provide application support and assist with improvements to mitigate errors and enhance usability
• Perform data modeling and create Oracle database scripts
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs
• Apply appropriate methods and techniques to Delphi-based equipment and applications

• Experience developing applications in C# (.NET 4, 4.5, 4.6, and .NET Core)
• Experience developing Delphi applications
• Experience developing the backend layer of web applications
• Experience with applications that use dependency injection mechanisms
• Experience developing with JavaScript and Node.js
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Castle Windsor, Autofac, Ninject, or Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection
• Experience with ORM tools
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: NHibernate, Microsoft Entity Framework, or an equivalent
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: RequireJS, React, or KnockoutJS
• Experience with at least one of the following databases: Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of version control tools, preferably Git
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Specialization courses or technology certifications are preferred
• Knowledge of C#
• Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the healthcare industry (health insurance plans, ANS, TISS standard)
• Knowledge of Autofac, Castle Windsor, and NHibernate is preferred
