Senior Growth Manager

• Drive LemFi's expansion within the Moroccan diaspora in a critical market
• Build a physical community presence and drive organic growth
• Direct influencer negotiations, manage external agencies and key community leaders
• Execute grassroots field marketing
• Travel 3 to 5 days every few weeks to new cities, primarily across France and other key European hubs
• Represent LemFi at events and build partnerships
• Track campaign performance and drive user acquisition
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for Moroccan diaspora communities in France and Europe
• Own growth targets for assigned markets and optimize based on data and insights
• Source, negotiate with and manage influencers, community leaders and external agencies
• Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness and advocacy
• Participate in local events, meetups and forums
• Build relationships with community leaders and grassroots partners
• Implement tracking mechanisms for customer acquisition cost
• Work across paid channels, organic strategy and local product teams as the voice of the user

• At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments with a background in growth, sales, marketing or similar
• Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results
• Comfortable being measured against clear KPIs
• Strong data-driven mindset; ability to interpret data, track performance and adjust strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Persuasive communication and ability to influence partners and leaders
• Entrepreneurial and tenacious; takes ownership, pushes through obstacles and finds ways to win
• Self-motivated and effective working independently and in remote environments
• Willingness to travel extensively and work occasional weekends to support market growth
