Virtual Assistant, Finished Goods Specifications, Data Analysis

• Design, build, and manage finished product specifications, including ingredients, artwork, blend time and speeds, quality controls, pallet configurations, and all details in one organized system
• Champion data trending and analysis to identify leading performance issues and focus improvement efforts
• Lead KPI completion to support the quality team in driving co-manufacturer performance
• Lead document control and organize the quality system while setting world-class standards

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable managing high volumes of documentation across 100+ specs without errors
• Strong written English and research skills, able to synthesize information clearly for horizon scanning and reporting
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and data work, while applying good judgment to verify accuracy
• Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently across time zones
