Construction Schedule Analyst

• Visually analyze and label complex blueprint-style documentation and models of customer sites
• Perform complex analysis of customer projects
• Understand results of the Doxel engineering team’s analytics output
• Compare analytics with construction industry standards
• Analyze customer project schedules to classify activities for internal tracking operations, critical path, and float for system reporting
• Create detailed zone plans matching schedule organization and coordinate with the VDC team for zone creation
• Analyze and verify product data generated for customer reports from scan data compared to a 3D model using proprietary techniques
• Maintain ongoing communication using Slack and Jira
• Conduct direct phone calls and conference calls over Zoom
• Deliver high-confidence QC outputs that reduce rework and prevent downstream issues
• Produce specific, actionable defect notes
• Provide accurate exhibits, slides, and summaries
• Serve as an internal SME on schedule structure and sequencing

• 2+ years experience in construction scheduling, project engineering, project controls, or field coordination
• Bachelor degree or greater in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience
• Experience working on data center, hospital, complex manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, or similar projects
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and drive closure on open items
• Must be fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry creating and managing project budgets (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry (preferred)
• Experience with Synchro scheduling software (preferred)
• Experience with construction project estimating and cost management (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (preferred)
