Intermediate Business Analyst

• Work closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate evolving business needs into clear technical requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate high-level business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
• Document and maintain API specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and validation rules
• Create and maintain technical documentation and end-to-end workflow diagrams
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear and technically feasible
• Proactively identify gaps, resolve ambiguities, and drive clarity across stakeholders
• Support successful delivery of integration-focused solutions within a large-scale payments platform

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, backend systems, and data flows
• Experience documenting API specifications, integration requirements, and data mappings
• Knowledge of BA methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience creating workflow diagrams and technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Adaptability and ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity while managing multiple priorities
• Proactive and autonomous mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
