Operations Manager, Airbnb

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage bookings and guest relationships
• Respond to messages and manage check-ins and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who want to delegate the management of their property
• Manage operations through the ALB platform
• Recruit and potentially mentor City Managers
