Ads Creative Strategist – E-commerce

• Research and reach out to potential content creators
• Keep up to date with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and requirements
• Create detailed script briefs for selected content creators, including full video footage concepts and required B-roll
• Liaise with content creators and assemble a team for each project
• Communicate with clients when required
• Strategize script briefs based on current trends
• Research creators matching each brand’s customer-avatar goals and testing concepts
• Communicate project scope to potential content creators
• Select and arrange content creators for projects
• Perform quality control on video ad variations and delivered content
• Provide feedback on received content
• Assist with other tasks as required by the Product Manager

• Creative flair and comprehensive understanding of social media trends and algorithms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Ability to identify and strategize for customer avatars’ pain points across varied niches
• Proven experience creating engaging creative content across a range of niches
• Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to develop creative concepts based on current and foreseeable trends
• Accountability, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and critical/analytical thinking ability
• Growth- and results-driven mindset; ability to handle and implement constructive criticism
• Familiarity with autonomous work and time management; remote work experience is advantageous
• Availability and responsiveness during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time
• Stable internet connection and laptop or PC; ability to attend virtual video conferences
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback productively
