Field Manager – Migraine
Sobre a vaga
• Lead the In-Field Team across Sweden and Denmark, maximizing short- and long-term performance and placing the patient at the center of efforts
• Deliver patient access according to plan and relevant Brand KPIs to meet or exceed Account Plan objectives within expense budgets
• Lead commercial training of healthcare professionals to enable optimal use of brands and best possible patient outcomes
• Lead and supervise Clinical Specialists in identifying customers who would benefit from technical product support
• Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing and coaching Commercial In-Field Team performance
• Set sales targets and incentive schemes
• Manage Sales Force Management Systems and KPIs to continuously improve country/district sales performance
• Ensure regular updates on Commercial Sales Team skills in medical, technical and special in-field knowledge areas
• Manage cross-functional cooperation and supervise effective multidisciplinary In-Field Teams, including Key Account Management
• Ensure strategic and tactical alignment between In-Field Team and Brand Team activities
• Facilitate timely and qualitative market intelligence flow between In-Field Team and Brand Team
• Monitor and consolidate regional engagement and Account Plan outcomes to optimize customer engagement and support brand planning
• Identify, analyze and present new business or growth opportunities and improvement ideas to the Brand Team
• Act as the connection between the Brand Team and In-Field Team
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and achieve win-win agreements
• Influence key stakeholders, including high-prescribing physicians and wholesalers, to maximize brand performance
• Report to the Business Unit Manager, Migraine
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Driver’s license
• Relevant business experience with proven track record of success within biotech/pharma sales or sales management in at least one therapeutic area
• Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching cross-functionally or functional individuals and teams
• Ability to build strong relationships with External Experts and other relevant stakeholders
• Ability to think and plan strategically, including work plans, activities, timetables and targeting, while operating with execution excellence
• Excellent knowledge in selling techniques, account planning and customer interaction models
• Ability to operate, lead and facilitate effectively in a matrix organization/environment
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing
• Preferred: Knowledge of territory and relationships with key stakeholders already established
• Preferred: Recognized as talent developer in local biotech/pharma environment
• Preferred: Marketing and other commercial experiences within biotech/pharma industry
