Regional Field Marketing

• Lead the regional field marketing strategy in India
• Build awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate regional revenue
• Define and scale the India regional field marketing engine
• Own the regional field marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget
• Align field programs with regional pipeline and revenue targets alongside sales leadership
• Act as the marketing counterpart to India sales leadership in forecasting, QBRs, and account planning
• Build programs for strategic verticals and AI-native sales teams
• Convert self-serve usage into commercial pipeline and expansion revenue
• Build an integrated program mix including hosted events, conferences, virtual events, ABM, digital advertising, and partner marketing
• Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and content for the India market
• Establish campaign planning, lead management, and follow-up processes
• Report on pipeline generated and influenced revenue
• Identify emerging opportunities across India and advocate for investment in geographies, verticals, or channels
• Represent the region in global planning cycles

• 10+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing within the database, data analytics, infrastructure, or developer tooling space
• Deep experience marketing in India
• Demonstrated success owning a pipeline number and driving measurable revenue impact through regional marketing programs
• Proven ability to partner with sales leadership at the VP level
• Experience working in a remote-first, globally distributed organization and collaborating across time zones
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Able to travel at least 2 times per month across India
