Senior Performance Support Specialist

• Perform tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda before and after go-live
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations and existing implementations, covering technical and application aspects
• Develop enhanced, proactive monitoring, detection, and remediation of performance issues
• Develop proactive, continuous performance-tuning processes to maintain optimal performance levels
• Comply with company information-security requirements and business procedures and policies
• Deliver proactive performance and technical support before and after go-live as part of the U4F by Coda team
• Attend occasional customer visits and in-person meetings when required

• Good working knowledge of the Unit4 Financials by Coda application (mandatory)
• 5+ years in customer success or performance optimisation
• Hands on use of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
• AI enabled productivity improvement and a sharp instinct for spotting automation opportunities
• Previous experience in a database-centric, web-enabled environment
• Ability to perform database tuning using SQL queries, indexes, statistics, and database views
• Understanding of database replication
• Understanding of web services and extension kit flows
• Experience with Java-based applications and Java containers (JBOSS, Wildfly)
• Experience implementing systems into SaaS Azure infrastructures
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and fundamental networking concepts and protocols
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Logical problem-solving ability using a solid methodology
• Ability to work under pressure
