Operations Analyst

• Validate and account for energy at interfaces with other utility companies
• Ensure that measurements are accurate

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Currently pursuing or have completed a university degree and/or relevant technical training
• Have the necessary setup to work from home
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Must reside in the state of Rio de Janeiro
