Valuation Manager

• Coordinate communication between external valuers, outsourcing partners, and internal departments
• Provide expertise on valuation-related matters
• Manage external property valuations for acquisitions and periodic valuations, both nationally and internationally
• Oversee the entire valuation process
• Conduct plausibility checks
• Ensure the final quality of valuation reports for approximately 1,800 properties
• Review and approve valuer invoices
• Prepare analyses and evaluations
• Develop proprietary value forecasts
• Contribute to projects

• Completed degree in real estate, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in real estate valuation, ideally at a valuation firm, an asset management company, or a comparable organization
• Team spirit, openness, a strong hands-on approach, and the willingness to take on responsibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset
• Strong commitment to quality
• Confidence when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Good command of English is an advantage
