Sales Freelancer – Restaurants/Retail Businesses

• Acquire new restaurants and local businesses as partners for the NINJAS platform
• Research suitable restaurants and local businesses
• Conduct initial outreach in person, by phone, and digitally
• Present the NINJAS platform
• Identify individual customer needs
• Conduct and follow up on sales conversations
• Support partners through to successful contract completion
• Continuously develop the sales territory
• Organize sales activities largely independently
• Acquire new partners for the modern, sustainable online marketplace

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, retail, platform businesses, or SaaS
• Enjoy engaging with customers in person and by phone
• Persuasiveness and a professional demeanor
• Initiative and consistent follow-up
• Reliable and results-oriented approach to work
• Very good German-language skills
• An existing network in hospitality or retail is an advantage, but not a requirement
• A business registration is required only if choosing the self-employed sales model
• Work is possible as a self-employed sales partner with a business registration or under a freelance service contract
• Willingness to engage in continuous sales activities and deliver measurable results
