R&D Consultant, All Levels

• Win over prospective clients through quick comprehension, business acumen, and the ability to adapt to different situations
• Analyze clients’ products and projects and identify their innovation potential
• Transform product-development notes and initial project ideas into clearly structured, compelling, and technically accurate funding applications in German
• Communicate verbally and in writing with founders, CTOs/CPOs, and other client stakeholders about their projects
• Provide comprehensive support to clients through to the disbursement of funding
• Take ownership of client relationships and client success

• Relevant experience in software development or technical projects
• Interest in new technologies, trends, and software tools
• Successfully completed master’s degree in a technical or scientific field, ideally computer science, mechanical engineering, or a natural science
• German at an advanced, near-native level
• Fluent English
• Solid understanding of business concepts and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Startup experience is a plus
