Founders Associate Intern

• Own and drive defined short-term projects across critical functions, including go-to-market preparation, improvement of operational processes, and internal system deployment
• Conduct deep research and synthesize complex data on market trends, competitive landscape, and partnership diligence to inform executive-level decisions
• Provide support on financial data synthesis, refining investor presentation narratives, and ensuring critical cross-functional coordination
• Analyze founder and executive team operations to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that streamline decision-making and project handoffs
• Support founders on critical aspects of building ARCbuild

• Bachelor's degree from a globally recognized university (Top-50 ranked institutions preferred)
• Previous work experience in consulting, investment banking, or in a strategic role at a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record of independently managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes
• Must be a proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision
• Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; discretion and professionalism are paramount
• Comfortable working remotely and maintaining high productivity and responsiveness
