Sales Specialist, Oncology

• Represent Regeneron's Oncology division across the Köln (Cologne) - Bonn - Eifel territory
• Build strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Identify key opinion leaders
• Tailor approaches to individual and account needs
• Establish and lead high-quality HCP interactions
• Keep scientific knowledge of the product, indication, and brand sales messaging current
• Implement sales and marketing plans reliably
• Deliver the brand's value proposition and communicate key messages to HCPs
• Manage the territory through professional account planning and targeting and segmentation
• Develop and implement a local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights, aligned with the Germany Brand Plan
• Collaborate with medical colleagues on regional programmes and activities
• Leverage digital and other communication channels to maximize market share of voice
• Proactively report results and developments to the Germany leadership team
• Bring the Oncology portfolio to patients who need it

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• "Pharmaceutical sales representative" (Pharmaberater:in / Pharmareferent:in) qualification
• 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech / pharmaceutical sector, including experience in Oncology
• Proficiency in German
• Conversational English
• Deep understanding of the local healthcare economy
• Ability to identify key players in Oncology
• "Patient first" value system
• Readiness for very frequent travel
• Class 3/B driver's licence
