• Design, implement, and promote modern product management processes across the company
• Establish the optimal operating model between Business Leads, Product Owners, Technical Engineers, and the international Sales and Marketing organization, with active customer involvement
• Align all processes with the best possible customer experience
• Initiate, implement, and continuously develop a company-wide product management process for software products and services
• Coach and enable the organization in product management methods, best practices, and tools
• Embed the product management mindset through internal communications, workshops, and presentations
• Promote a product-oriented mindset and support the implementation of product management standards
• Collaborate with the Strategy Board, Development, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth product development process
• Monitor current trends and innovations in product management and translate them into company practice

• University degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software product management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of common product management frameworks, such as Lean, Design Thinking, and OKRs
• Experience designing and implementing a tooling landscape to support product management processes
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Enthusiasm and strong powers of persuasion
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for innovation
• Ability to act as a role model for a product-oriented mindset
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, at least C1 level
