Senior Product Manager, AI Platform – Ecosystem

• Lead the product direction and roadmap for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL
• Lead the core MCP team and define how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike
• Enable Wrike teams to create high-quality MCP tools and Skills using shared standards
• Set product direction for GraphQL capabilities and tools built on top of it
• Own publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft
• Establish approaches to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience
• Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify high-value agent workflows using feedback and usage data
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions
• Collaborate with MCP and GraphQL engineering teams, Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams
• Shape a scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem, useful GraphQL capabilities, and a strong marketplace plugin experience
• Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap

• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required
• GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage
• Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
• Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn
