Lead Software Engineer – Fluent/Native German Speaker

• Develop software and solve complex technical problems
• Design architecture and make key technology decisions
• Provide technical leadership to other developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure a high standard of engineering quality
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Product
• Take ownership from initial concept through production deployment for customers
• Continuously improve the team, processes, and technology
• Work hands-on with customers on the product to plan and develop medical teams

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or prior experience as a Tech Lead
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Solid understanding of software architecture
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach to work
• Willingness to take on technical responsibility and provide leadership
• Experience with, or willingness to work with, TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud technologies, Docker, and AI/optimization for complex planning problems is helpful, but proficiency in every technology is not required
• Fluent/native German speaker
