Logistics Coordinator / Freight Brokerage Representative

• Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding load updates, pickup and delivery appointments, and ETAs
• Track and trace shipments throughout transit
• Assist with carrier sourcing, negotiating rates, and booking loads
• Provide customers with timely updates and resolve transportation issues
• Manage emails, update the TMS, and maintain accurate shipment records
• Assist with general freight brokerage operations as needed

• Previous experience working with a U.S.-based freight brokerage or trucking company is strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with DAT and transportation management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
