Unity Team Lead

• Own people management for the engineering team, including performance reviews and career growth
• Create conditions for a high-performing, engaged engineering team
• Write production-quality Unity code as a senior individual contributor
• Contribute to architecture decisions and drive implementation of impactful features
• Lead adoption of AI tools within the team
• Test and embed new AI tools and share successful practices
• Identify automation opportunities and expand knowledge of backend and AI systems
• Continuously raise engineering standards
• Manage a live, scaling game with production care
• Balance technical ambition with revenue-conscious delivery
• Ensure changes are robust, measured, and safe to ship

• Proven experience as a senior Unity engineer
• Clean, robust Unity/C# coding skills
• Experience owning architecture decisions and setting technical standards
• Proven engineering management experience, including hiring, performance cycles, and day-to-day management
• Clear, adaptable communication across functions
• Active curiosity about AI tools and their application to accelerate team output
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to break down complex technical challenges, structure hypotheses, and execute with rigour
• Experience shipping and maintaining live, revenue-generating mobile games, especially puzzle games at scale (bonus)
• Backend or server-side knowledge for AI-powered workflows and automations (bonus)
• Experience navigating technically complex changes on a live product under production constraints (bonus)
• Ability to collaborate primarily within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3)
• English collaboration language
