Legal Counsel

• Perform legal review of NDAs, client contracts, Master Services Agreements, Scopes of Work, disclaimer and release letters, RFPs and tenders, standard software agreements, data privacy agreements, supplier agreements, carrier agreements, and business associate agreements
• Liaise with internal clients through internal communication channels
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating agreements with customers, vendors, sellers, buyers, financial institutions, and other third parties
• Advise on brand protection areas relating to intellectual property and information management, including data protection, data privacy, and cyber security

• 7+ years of experience
• Thorough understanding of commercial terms, taxation, and intellectual property
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of commercial terms and taxation
• Knowledge of data protection, data privacy, and cyber security
• Experience reviewing, drafting, vetting, and negotiating legal agreements and contracts
