Customer Success Manager
Sobre a vaga
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Manage technical issues, adoption, renewals, and growth opportunities
• Promote platform usage, adoption, and best practices through tailored onboarding, training, and feature introductions
• Proactively manage customer sentiment and identify risks
• Work with internal teams to ensure service quality meets or exceeds SLA expectations
• Act as the internal voice of the customer and provide feedback influencing product improvements and roadmap priorities
• Partner with Sales to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive business growth
• Stay current on new features and capabilities and ensure customers are enabled and informed
• Manage and prioritize multiple customer engagements and strategic projects simultaneously
• Manage key relationships with governmental and enterprise customers across the GCC region
• Native English speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS company
• 5+ years of proven experience working with government customers
• Proven experience delivering training sessions and presentations to diverse and senior-level audiences
• Strong technical skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time across the GCC region
• Native Arabic speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (nice-to-have)
• Prior experience as a government employee in the maritime domain, such as Coast Guard, customs authorities, or maritime intelligence organizations (nice-to-have)
• Experience working with B2G customers and understanding of commercial and procurement processes (nice-to-have)
• Experience with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, CS platforms, and helpdesk systems (nice-to-have)
• Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities (nice-to-have)
• Prior experience in a government agency, particularly in maritime security (nice-to-have)
• Graduation from a naval military academy is an advantage
