Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

• Plan, create, and execute manual functional, regression, and usability test cases across Ahlex’s various products and solutions.
• Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement using Jira.
• Track the bug life cycle and validate fixes implemented by the development team.
• Support the support team in diagnosing and reproducing complex scenarios reported by customers.
• Validate new business rules, workflows, and features in products before production releases.
• Keep test scenario documentation and validation plans up to date and well organized.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to prevent defects and optimize processes.

• Previous experience—even through an internship or practical or academic projects—in Software Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), or Technical Support.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including test scenario design, functional testing, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with requirements management and bug reporting tools, such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Highly analytical, investigative, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects clearly and objectively.
• Comfortable and disciplined working in a 100% remote environment.
