Field Metrology Technician

• Perform calibration and maintenance of customer equipment, particularly liquid handling equipment
• Define metrology schedules and controls for specific equipment together with customers
• Monitor customer interventions and travel to customer sites as required
• Ensure the reliability and compliance of customers’ measurement equipment
• Work directly on-site in accordance with applicable standards
• Manage working time independently
• Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of a start-up within a large organization

• Initial training: minimum two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in quality or as a laboratory technician
• Valid driving license REQUIRED
• Knowledge of metrology preferred
• Experience in volumetrics is desirable
• Highly autonomous, rigorous, well-organized, and customer-oriented
• Availability for frequent travel to customer sites
• Very regular overnight stays during the week
• Initial training and field shadowing in Nantes for several months
