Senior AI, MCP Engineer

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered features and MCP integrations across the PlentyONE platform
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure AI capabilities embedded into PlentyONE's SaaS architecture

• Proven hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered features to production, not just prototypes or POCs
• Deep practical experience with LLM APIs and model capabilities, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable providers
• Experience with tool/function calling and agent orchestration
• Experience with prompt design, evaluation, and reliability techniques
• Solid experience designing and operating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and/or clients, or demonstrably similar agent-tool architectures
