English Language Specialist – AI Trainer

• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Document model failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Help train and refine the next generation of AI language models

• English language expertise covering grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics
• Ability to challenge advanced language models on sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word usage, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation, and cultural context
• Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in English language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects signal a fit

• Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour
