Marketing Automation Specialist – m/f/d

• Build, operate, and continuously improve campaign workflows, lead-nurturing journeys, and email automations in HubSpot
• Design lead-scoring models, segmentation, and lifecycle stages
• Implement landing pages, forms, and campaign setups in collaboration with Performance Marketing, SEO, and Content
• Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking, including clear UTM conventions
• Build dashboards and reports covering campaign, funnel, and conversion metrics
• Simplify recurring marketing processes using no-code/low-code and AI tools such as Make, Zapier, GPT, or Claude
• Maintain the data model, consent records, and automation documentation in compliance with the GDPR
• Work closely with Sales, Academy, Content, and external agencies
• Completed degree or equivalent qualification, for example in Marketing, Business Information Systems, Communications, or Media
• Two to four years of practical experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, or email marketing
• Confident use of a marketing automation platform, ideally HubSpot, including workflows, lists, properties, and lifecycle logic
• Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing journeys across the funnel
• Knowledge of tracking and analytics, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM conventions
• Basic understanding of server-side tracking is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email templates and landing pages is helpful
• Initial experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make or Zapier
• Interest in using modern AI tools in day-to-day marketing activities
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Enjoy documenting processes in a clear and understandable way
• Sound understanding of GDPR requirements in email and lead marketing
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills
