Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

• Deliver live leadership and management learning sessions, typically 90–150 minutes, mostly online
• Prepare using session designs and written briefs provided by the Programme Scientist at least five working days before each session
• Facilitate structured practice, small-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching
• Manage different participant dynamics, including sceptical senior participants, quiet groups, and debate-focused participants
• Submit written session notes within 48 hours so the Programme Scientist can adjust subsequent sessions
• Complete accreditation before the first client-facing session
• Remain open to observation and feedback after accreditation
• Potentially provide follow-up coaching to the same group based on seniority and ability

• 5–10 years of substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting
• Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups, keeping cameras on and maintaining energy
• Comfortable delivering material not personally written, following a required structure
• Skilled at running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults
• Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes
• Fluent, credible professional English and comfort with senior audiences
• Experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures
• A coaching qualification, or experience delivering one-to-one as well as group work
• Additional languages, or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language
• Familiarity with evidence-based learning design
• Eligibility to work in Italy without sponsorship/visa

• Paid preparation time included within the session fee
• Accreditation is paid at half the standard session fee
• Fees paid per session, invoiced on delivery, on 30-day terms
• Cancellations inside five working days are paid in full
