Quantitative Product Analyst

• Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, including turnover, GGR, margins, betting activity, and customer behaviour across products, clients, markets, and regions
• Detect trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and product optimisation opportunities
• Test hypotheses, validate findings, and distinguish meaningful trends from normal fluctuations
• Analyse client underperformance and unusual betting patterns to identify root causes and recommend improvements
• Develop scenarios, forecasts, and commercial impact assessments
• Support business cases for new products, markets, and esports formats; define success metrics and assess pilot results
• Use competitor and market intelligence to identify risks, opportunities, and competitive advantages
• Present complex findings clearly and provide actionable recommendations to Product, Trading, and Commercial stakeholders
• Report to the Head of Esports Product, eLeagues, and collaborate with Product, Trading, Quantitative Analytics, Operations, BI, and Commercial teams

• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into business recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data modelling
• Previous experience in sports betting, esports, iGaming, or a related industry
• Understanding of betting metrics, product performance, and commercial analytics
