Manager, Sales – North East Germany

• Lead the regional sales team to leverage the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score product in breast centers and key accounts across Northern Germany
• Execute the national sales strategy and develop brand plans as a member of the DACH leadership team
• Implement and optimize the KOL management strategy
• Optimize the account management system with the cross-functional DACH leadership team
• Drive performance through leadership, territory management, qualitative and quantitative goal setting, and business review optimization with the Key Account Manager team
• Lead collaboration between Key Account Managers and national and regional Key Opinion Leaders with Medical Science Liaisons
• Strengthen relationships with experts in Gynecology, Senology, Oncology, and Pathology to increase MGA testing in Germany
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership behaviors and foster a high-performance culture
• Manage, support, and guide the team through delegation, performance assessment, feedback, and training opportunities
• Report to the DACH Country Manager and collaborate with regional sales managers and cross-functional leadership

• Significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience, ideally within oncology or specialty business
• Strong experience and track record selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics
• Self-motivated
• Strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience and motivation as a coach to develop a team of top-performing key account managers
• High degree of flexibility for efficient coaching and KOL management
• Life science degree/clinical experience are a plus
• Clean GER driver’s license
• Fluent in German and English
• Currently authorized to work in the country where work will be performed; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
