Team Lead, Project Management – New Energy Large-Scale Projects

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale New Energy projects (PV, BESS, EV charging infrastructure, and EMS) in terms of budget, schedule, quality, and safety
• Provide functional leadership to a project management team while actively building structures and capacity
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks at both project and portfolio level
• Serve as the team’s first point of escalation
• Foster a solution-oriented team culture in collaboration with adjacent departments
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards
• Actively promote continuous learning within the team
• Manage stakeholders in a results-oriented manner, including clients, grid operators, service providers, authorities, and internal planning departments
• Design, establish, and deliver meaningful weekly status reporting

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, renewable energy, or a comparable technical qualification combined with a strong understanding of commercial principles
• Several years of proven professional experience in the technical delivery of EPC projects in the commercial and industrial sector
• In-depth knowledge of rooftop PV systems
• Proven experience in the functional and disciplinary leadership of project teams
• Enjoyment of actively building new team structures
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and maintain a strategic overview, even during dynamic, high-pressure phases
• Confident presence in technical negotiations with partners, investors, and authorities
• Business-fluent German
• Fluent English
