Procurement Specialist

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes for software, hardware, SaaS services, and professional support
• Support supplier sourcing and selection by evaluating capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors
• Participate in negotiations and help structure agreements with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders
• Draft and review contracts, manage renewals, and track performance against SLAs and KPIs
• Analyze markets and supplier trends to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities
• Participate in cross-functional procurement innovation and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain contract records and procurement documentation, and support audits when required
• Anticipate procurement needs with internal stakeholders and align purchasing strategies with business goals
• Contribute to vendor relationship management and address performance issues when necessary

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on IT, software licensing or professional services
• Relevant experience in the banking sector is a strong asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and generate insights
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), both verbal and written
• Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment
• Experience using MacBooks and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, especially pivot tables and lookups
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
