Team Lead Professional Services

• Lead a Professional Services team currently comprising 10 employees
• Develop clear goals, priorities, and structures with a focus on measurable results
• Identify challenges in projects and within the team at an early stage
• Independently develop pragmatic solutions
• Ensure reliable, high-impact project outcomes
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Coach team members and support their professional and personal development
• Further develop the team, department, and organization
• Build a positive, high-performing, and motivating team environment
• Work closely with other departments
• Ensure clear communication, smooth processes, and alignment around shared goals
• Lead teams and stakeholders through challenging crisis situations

• At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience leading teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Experience coordinating customers, partners, and internal teams in multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience managing crises in demanding projects
• Fast, structured, and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to quickly develop an understanding of highly complex technical topics
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructures, ideally Linux environments or Identity and Access Management (nice to have)
• Experience with the working methods, culture, and collaboration practices of the open-source community (nice to have)
• Experience leading predominantly remote teams (nice to have)
