Site Reliability Engineer

• Own complex production incidents from investigation through resolution
• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP
• Execute staging and production deployments, including high-impact releases
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Implement security mitigations and support access reviews and security audits
• Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
• Mentor junior team members and support incident response best practices
• Participate in an on-call or escalation rotation as needed

• Advanced hands-on experience with AWS, including system and network administration
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure provisioning
• Experience managing production deployments and troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Knowledge of cloud security, user permissions, firewall rules, and audit preparation
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana, or PagerDuty
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
• Preferred: experience with GCP, containerized applications, AWS Lambda, EC2, or ECS/EKS
• Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Preferred: experience with Twilio services
• Preferred: AWS certifications or a background in CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, or production support
