Technical Project Manager – Product Lead, AI & Software

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, defining, scoping, and sequencing features from concept to production
• Translate high-level business goals into precise requirements and data models for engineering teams and AI tools
• Bridge communication across stakeholders, developers, and users in German, English, and Hungarian
• Manage sprints, remove blockers, and maintain high velocity
• Review shipped features against acceptance criteria, ensuring quality, UX, and business impact
• Refine product processes, feedback loops, and developer experience as the company scales
• Steer AI-assisted development workflows and drive features from concept to production

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Product Lead in software development
• Fluent German, English and Hungarian, all at least C1, spoken and written
• Strong technical literacy, including modern web stacks, Postgres databases, APIs, and software architecture
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows and their impact on product planning and velocity
• Ability to write concise specifications, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Autonomous, pragmatic, and proactive working style suited for freelance engagement
• Background in software engineering or computer science is a nice-to-have
• Experience with early-stage startups or fast-moving senior product teams is a nice-to-have
• Hands-on experience with Linear, Notion, or GitHub Projects is a nice-to-have
